Highway 3 Intersection Improvements at Outer Drive and at Walker Road

Highway 3 intersection improvements at Outer Drive and Walker Road have been completed in an effort to improve safety and traffic flow for the nearly 12,000 drivers using this section of Highway 3 on a daily basis. The $4 million improvements include: new traffic signals at Outer Drive, new left and right-turn lanes on Highway 3, a new southbound right-turn lane on Outer Drive, and left-turn lane extensions and pavement resurfacing of the intersections.

Current Project Status

• Construction completed in November 2005.
