Manning Road Widening: North of Essex County Road 22 to the VIA Rail Line

Widening Manning Road (Essex County Road 19) from two lanes to five lanes will provide improved traffic operations and better highway access for local industry and for both commercial and commuter traffic in the County of Essex.
The road widening is required to alleviate current traffic congestion and delays at the intersections of Amy Croft Drive, Lanoue Street and Essex County Road 22. This will improve safety, address queuing concerns at the VIA Rail crossing and improve the driving condition of the roadway.
Current Project Status
- Construction was completed in October 2007.
