All licensed Beginner Driver Education (BDE) Course Providers in good standing and their authorized agents are eligible to request access to DE System.

The ministry will be transitioning from the use of paper certificates to electronic certification.; Students who started their course prior to September 29, 2008 will receive a paper certificate upon successful completion of their course. Students enrolled on and after September 29, 2008 will go through the on-line certification process. Students who are electronically certified can obtain proof of course completion by requesting their Driver Licence History. Only the driver licence holder can request the Driver Licence History (DLH), as it contains personal information.;The application form must be completed and signed by the driver licence holder.
