KINGSTON — The Wolfe Island Ferry service has been restored to full service and is operating on a regular schedule effective today, as a result of the end to the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU) strike.
Wolfe Island Ferry services have been restored to original levels, with 19 trips per day, 7 days per week.
Area residents are advised that the Glenora Ferry Service will be restored in the next few days, pending Transport Canada inspections. The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) would like to thank the public for its patience during the labour disruption. MTO will be providing updated information on the Glenora Ferry, as soon as it becomes available.
